The Customer Requirement
The project required a custom tractor brake handle for agricultural machinery — a component combining a formed sheet-metal body with tubular sections and welded bushings and brackets. The part needed consistent forming, accurate component positioning and reliable welding, so the finished assembly functions as a single, stable unit across repeated production.
Manufacturing Challenges
